This wine review is of Bowen Estate’s shiraz from the 2004 vintage. From Coonawarra in Australia, the wine has matured gracefully. For a wine that was less than $30 on release, it has remarkable longevity and quality. The wine has complex mature shiraz aromas of leather, game, deli meats and eucalyptus leaf mulch.
