Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir Review

Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir 2015 Review

Bindi is the top pinot noir producer in the Macedon Ranges in Victoria, Australia. The Macedon Ranges produce Australia’s most serious pinot noir in my opinion. Bindi’s “Block 5” is their pinnacle wine.  The 2015 vintage, remarkably, is still too young.  It has aromas restrained red fruit, potpourri and stone aromas.  The palate has a high acidity and stoney seam through it.  Give this another 2 years and drink over the next decade.
