Sedona Sangiovese Review

Sedona Sangiovese 2024 Review

Sedona have produced a very good sangiovese from the Yea region, north of the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia.  The 2024 vintage has aromas of red fruits, herbs, stalks and fresh bouquet garnis.  The palate has pleasingly firm tannins (its distinguishing character), tea leaves and a sweet red fruited core.  Drink over the next 6 to 8 years.   Review Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 90 points). 1. I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on the Sedona Sangiovese 2024. Your description of its aromas—red fruits, herbs, and that fresh bouquet—made me feel like I could almost taste it. The balance of tannins and fruit sounds amazing. It’s wonderful to see gems like this being highlighted. Thanks for sharing such a personal and detailed review!
