This wine is Yalumba’s “Paradox” shiraz from the Barossa Valley in Australia. It’s in a typical style. The wine has aromas of red and dark fruits and dried berries with a touch of spice. The palate is full bodied, with sweet and sour fruit and spices. There is a small contribution from new oak (8%). This wine is pleasant if straightforward drinking for $40+. Drink now.
