This wine is Vignamaggio’s “Terre di Prenzano” Chianti Classico from the 2020 vintage. It has attractive aromas of anise, licorice and old cedar. On the palate, its acidity and tannins are high. The wine finishes with very good length, its defining character. This a very good Chianti Classico that is drinking well now and is a good value choice. Review Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 90 points).
