Querciabella Chianti Riserva Review

Querciabella Chianti Classico Riserva 2017 Review

This is a top Chianti Classico Riserva from Querciabella. The 2017 vintage has aromas of licorice and anise.  The palate is medium bodied and has high acidity, complemented by fine cherry and old cedar characters.  Long length on the finish completes the picture.   This sangiovese is delicious savoury drinking and can be appreciated now, and over the next decade.  Review Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 91 points). Website: Querciabella. Tasted: March 2025.  Like: Subscribe.
