This is a very good value malbec from Catena in Mendoza, Argentina. It is a very typical Mendoza style and is from the 2020 vintage. The wine has aromas of dark fruits and blackberries in particular. The palate is full bodied, rich but not overly so, and has dark plum fruit flavours. Drink over the next 5 to 6 years. Review Rating: Good to Very Good (★★★☆, 87 points). Website: Catena Zapata.
