This wine is from top Chablis cooperative producer, La Chablisienne. Save your money, and try this producer’s Chablis wines. This wine is from the 2021 vintage and the Côte de Léchet premier cru vineyard. 2021 was a heavy frost year and a cool growing season in Chablis. Generally among the best of the Chablis premier crus, the 2021 Côte de Léchet has aromas of stones and cashew. Its palate is medium bodied and its acidity is high and balanced. The style is typical of this more delicate and mineral premier cru. This Côte de Léchet is drinking well now, but would be best cellared for another 2 to 3 years. Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 91 points). Website: La Chablisienne. Tasted: December 2024. Like the Review? Subscribe for free
