The next time you go out to buy the same old sauvignon blanc or new style chardonnay with the mute button firmly on, try this instead. It’s fresh, with aromatics of lemon, salt and chalk. The palate is refreshing with flavours reminding of salty lemons, with an attractive ever so slight almond like bitterness. It’s not the most complex wine in the world, but it’s something different and suits warm summer days.
