Domaine Rostaing Le Vassal 2020 Review

Domaine Rostaing Le Vassal 2020 Review

This wine is from top Rhône Valley producer Domaine Rostaing and is a Languedoc region wine from the 2020 vintage. It’s very enjoyable and a blend of 70% syrah, 15% mourvedre and 15% grenache. There are attractive, savoury aromas of raisins and prunes.  The palate is full-bodied, the fruit similarly raisin like, but there is a balance and harmony to it and subtle length on the finish. This wine is ready to drink now and is best consumed over the next 5 or so years.  Review Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 90 points). Website: Domaine Rostaing. Tasted: October 2026.
