This is a classically styled Provence rosé from AIX and the current 2024 vintage. The wine is a traditional Provence blend of mostly grenache together with syrah and cinsault. The wine has saline aromatics, coupled with dried herbs. The palate is towards full bodied, freshened by high acidity, stone fruits and sea salt. The alcohol is a modest 12.5%. Drink now.
