This is an aromatic and saline expression of albariño from Castro Martin and the 2022 vintage. It has aromas of gardenias and sea air. The aroma dials down with time. The palate is saline in character with high acidity but a full body. Flavours of peach emerge and the buttery gardenia florals resume. The fruit is tangy and sweet/savoury edged.
