This is a very good Chablis Fourchaume premier cru from Domaine de Chantemerle and the 2023 vintage. It has subtle aromas of stones and cedar. The palate is restrained and textural with lees characters evident. It finishes with graceful length and balance. Drink over this top wine over the next decade.
