Angullong Fossil Hill Chardonnay 2022

From the Orange region and limestone soils, Angullong continue to produce a first rate chardonnay.  The 2022 vintage has aromas of grilled nuts and restrained lemons.  The palate has high acidity and an attractive crystalline impression.  The wine finishes with saline characters and grilled nuts.  This complex wine will suit current drinking over the next 3 to 5 years.   Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 89-90 points).
