Reschke Bos Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

This is a very left bank Bordeaux like wine from Reschke in Coonawarra. Developing in character, it has an awkward start with some clumsy sweet oak characters, before settling into very pleasant blackcurrant and earthy aromatics. I did wonder about a light seasoning of brett. The palate is still unfurling with between a medium and full body. Long length on the finish and enjoyable drinking. (Alc: 13.4%, Region: Coonawarra, Rating: Good to Very Good, Drink: now)
