Domaine Nicolas Rossignol Volnay 2012

From the very fine 2012 red Burgundy vintage, this wine from Domaine Nicolas Rossignol has those beguiling feminine cherry and earth characters that can only be Volnay.  The palate finishes long with flashes of voluptuous ripe fruit.  Delicious drinking.  (Alc: 13%, Region: Volnay, Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, Rating: Very Good, Drink: now to 2021
