Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Pinot Noir 2013

Ten Minutes by Tractor’s estate pinot noir from the 2013 vintage is a step up again from their already quite impressive regional pinot noir release (see my review here).  The grapes are handpicked from a combination of pinot clones (but mostly MV6) and sourced principally from 10X Tractor’s Wallis and Coolart Road vineyards.  In the glass, the wine is compellingly delicious.  It has aromatics that are meaty, cherry infused and complex, with oak as the backdrop rather than the flesh.  On the palate, the flavours are savoury with cherry and bacon characters to the fore and the finish long.  This is a lovely, lovely pinot noir.
