d’Arenberg’s “The Feral Fox” pinot noir is made from fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills. The 2014 release is pleasant if not quite compelling. Its 15% whole bunch influences its style with smoke, glacé cherry, stems and rosemary bush featuring by way of aromatics. The palate has medium length and continues the aromatic theme.
