Initially, I wasn’t entirely taken by this wine, but a second tasting was convincing.  Deeply coloured in the glass, it has aromatics of baked plums and is fairly typical Barossa Valley.  The palate has towards medium length and baked spicy plums feature on the palate.  The wine achieves balance in the glass and meets expectations for its price.
