Dujac Fils & Père Puligny-Montrachet 2004

The first bottle of this chardonnay was a little oxidised, and still managed to taste ok.  The second bottle sung.  A pale intensity lemon in colour, the wine opens to a medium intensity and fresh expression of stones, lemon and peach.  The palate is dry with medium to high acid, a medium body, and a complex expression of honey, lemon, lemon pith and a mineral edge.  The finish is towards long on the palate. This is a very good Puligny-Montrachet due to its complexity and long length, and will reward drinking now.  Very Good
