Red Hill Estate Cellar Door Pinot Noir 2011

A view to die for.  I thought the 2011 Red Hill Estate cellar door pinot noir release quite moreish, preferring it on the grounds of pure enjoyment to some of their wines from the stronger vintages, and from the single vineyards.  The wine has aromatics of raspberry, cherry, strawberry and some bacon notes add interest.  The palate is very drinkable, with quite good length, and flavours reminding of bacon, raspberry and cherry, with a pleasing ping of acidity in the backdrop.  This is good wine if enjoyability matters.  Good
