Quealy Pinot Grigio 2010

I tried this wine from Quealy at the rather cool Merricks General Store, the sort of place that personifies summer.

The wine?  On the nose, an attractive medium intensity aroma of pears and flowers.  The palate had a bitter almond and kernel character, framed only very loosely by its lowish acidity.  There was no particular length on the palate, yet the wine was eminently drinkable and satisfying with the local rendition of moules frites.  Good
