This wine is from Château de Come in St Estèphe in Bordeaux. It’s from the very good 2018 vintage and is labelled as a “vin biologique” (organic)*. In the glass, there are classic aromas of cedar and blackcurrant. Its distinguishing feature though is the palate. It has a refined balance to it and is supported by very firm tannins.
