Curly Flat Pinot Gris Macedon Ranges 2018

This is a lovely pinot gris from Curly Flat in the Macedon Ranges from the 2018 vintage.  Pale in colour, it opens to aromas of ginger, apple and spiced pears.  The palate is dry, really fresh, with saline acidity, good length and a medium-full body.  Ready to drink now, this is an adaptable wine that will suit drinking with or without food.  Rating: Good to Very Good.
