I’ve tasted a few of these Robert Stein rieslings, and they are all very good. It seems to be an exception, as riesling is probably not what I would look for from a Mudgee wine. There are austere aromatics of lemon and stone. The palate has high acidity, is resolutely dry, and has a lemon, steel and floral thread.
