Krondorf Barossa Shiraz 2015

Here’s the last of a trio of Barossan shiraz, all tasted blind.  This wine from Krondorf opens to brooding and reserved aromas of mulberry, blackcurrants and cedar.  The tannins are quite smooth and the impression full bodied.  Good length on the finish makes for a perfectly pleasant and typical expression of Barossa shiraz.  (Region: Barossa, Rating: Good, Drink: now to 2025, Tasted: July, 2017, Source: Sample)
