Highland Heritage Shiraz 2015

There are considerable stylistic similarities between this shiraz and its sibling cabernet sauvignon reviewed here from Highland Heritage in Orange.  The shiraz has elegant peppercorn aromatics.  The palate is mid weighted with pepper, a core of red fruits and considerable balance.  This is a well crafted expression of cool climate shiraz. (Region: Orange, Rating: Good to Very Good, Would I buy it based on this tasting?  I’d be happy to drink it, Drink: now to 2025, Tasted: Apr, 2017, Source: Sample)
