Toolangi Rosé 2016

The wait for warmer weather this year seems longer than usual.  And warmer weather, for me, equals rosé.  Toolangi’s 2016 Rosé is made from shiraz grown at Dixon’s Creek in the Yarra Valley and by Dominique Portet.  Quite perfumed, it reminds of rose petals and florals.  The palate is fresh and enjoyable.  Rating: Good
