Zonin Prosecco NV

You can find this Prosecco (from Italy) for a little over $10 on local retail shelves.  It has aromatics of apples (yellow and red), orange zest and lemon.  The palate has a particularly viscous and creamy mousse, with notes of lemon and apple.  I suspect it straddles dry and off dry in a technical sense, but it presents as dry and refreshing.  This is a balanced Prosecco and is low alcohol too (only 11% abv), and delivers good value for the price.
