I liked this wine. It made me wonder whether the Mornington Peninsula might in fact have a verifiable affinity with the pinot gris grape. Bright in the glass, with a lemon-green colour, the wine has clean and crisp aromatics of pear, apple and chalk. On the palate, some melon, pear, a bit of spice and medium length sum things up. The purity of the fruit expression and the balance of this wine, together with its nice length, make this ready to drink wine very pleasant drinking and a great example of the style. Good to Very Good
