Stockman’s Ridge Rider Shiraz 2014

This wine is from Orange producer Stockman’s Ridge. ¬†It didn’t particularly grab me, the potential confirmation bias of its various wine show awards eschewed. ¬†Pepper, plums and green wet peppercorn aromatics. ¬†The palate is peppery, medium bodied but an elevated vein of acidity affects its balance. Toolangi Estate Chardonnay 2014
