Prisoner Unshackled California Cabernet Sauvignon Review

Prisoner Unshackled California Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review

This is a fairly typical expression of warm climate Californian cabernet sauvignon. The grapes are sourced from the central and northern Californian coast.  The 2021 vintage has an aroma of raisins and cooked dark fruits. The palate is full bodied, reminding of plums and plum skins and has no edges. Drink this wine over the next few years for its youthful fruit. Review Rating: Good (★★★, 87 points).
