Crossing seas now back to France, this is a good Jurançon. It is not overly sweet, and therefore, I think this style is probably better suited to more desserts than Sauternes. There are aromas of caramel, brown sugar and mandarin peel. The palate has super fresh acidity, and a lovely balance to it. Any botrytis influence is subdued, and the mandarin, lemon and orange zest characters complement its freshness. This is easy to recommend. G-VG
