This wine is the second wine of Château Haut-Bailly and is from the 2017 vintage. It is in a delicious drinking window at the moment. It has aromas of blackcurrant and pencil lead so typical of Pessac-Leognan. The palate has firm tannins which emerge with time to support lovely just ripe blackcurrant fruit.
