This wine is a blanc de blancs sparkling wine from Raventos i Blanc and the 2021 vintage. It doesn’t say Cava on the label, but it is a traditional method wine from the Cava grape vareties. In the glass, the wine has a dusty, gravelly aroma with a herbal underlay. The palate is dry, the mousse fine and the expression complex and subtle.
