This is a very classic expression of Chablis and is recommended. It’s from producer Vincent Tremblay and the 2023 vintage. It has crisp aromas of oyster shells and stones. The palate also reminds of shells and stones, with high acidity and a lovely balance. This over-performs for the Chablis AOP level. Review Rating: Very Good (★★★★, 90 points). Website: NA.
