The Fergus from Tim Adams is a blend of grenache, tempranillo and malbec. An unusual combination yes, and I don’t associate the Clare Valley with grenache, but it works in the glass. Plums, spice and cherry aromatics meet with a cherry dominant mid weight palate. An easy drinking style. Good
