Chateau de Fieuzal 1989

The wine, from a good value producer in my humble opinion (Chateau de Fieuzal), had an aroma of anise, spice, dust and cork (not cork taint, but cork literally).  The palate was similar, with some quite noticeable length.  A bit past its best, but still interesting.  88 to 89 points.
