The 2021 vintage is a more restrained, cooler year in Bordeaux and this shows in this wine from Ormes de Pez in Saint Estèphe in Bordeaux. The wine has aromas of blackcurrant, violets, smoke and a little char. The palate is elegant rather than dense. The fruit is ripe, with some spice character at the edge.
