Pig in the House Organic Shiraz 2019 Wine Review

This wine review is of the Pig In the House organic shiraz from the Central Ranges in New South Wales and the 2019 vintage. The wine is dry, between medium and full bodied, oaked (but little if any new), has 14.5 alcohol, a peppery aroma and light tannins. It has medium length and finishes on fruit and spice. In style, it resembles a modern Hunter Valley shiraz and is ready to drink now. Rating: Good. Website: Producer; Vivino; Wine Searcher. Source: Sample. Reviewed: April 2021.
