Napoleone Apple Cider

Apple cider in Australia would appear to have come some way from the horrid sickly sweet style that I recall from university days.  Here’s one spotted on a brief trip to the Yarra Valley that’s pretty good.  Its aromatics are yeasty, and almost beer like.  The palate is dry, crisp and slightly floral.  Good
